These terms cover your use of this website, operated by XK Social Media Marketing ("XK", "we", "us"), a business based in Brisbane, Australia. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. What this website is

This website presents XK's social media marketing services for Roblox game studios and lets you book an introductory call. It is informational — using the website does not by itself create a client relationship with XK.

2. Services and client agreements

Any services XK provides (including content creation, posting schedules, reporting, and any service guarantees) are governed by a separate written agreement between XK and the client. Nothing on this website — including descriptions of deliverables or guarantees — forms a binding offer. The specific terms, inclusions, and exclusions of any guarantee are set out in the individual client agreement.

3. Results shown on this site

The statistics and case-study figures on this website are real, historical results achieved for a specific client. They are shown as examples of past work. Past performance does not guarantee that your game will achieve the same or similar results — outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control, including the game itself and platform algorithms.

4. Booking calls

Call bookings are handled through Cal.com's scheduling service, embedded on this site. Your use of that booking service is also subject to Cal.com's own terms. Booking a call is free and does not commit you to purchasing anything.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to XK unless otherwise noted. Videos and thumbnails shown in the portfolio were produced by XK for its client and remain subject to the relevant client agreements. Platform names and logos (Roblox, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat) belong to their respective owners; their use here does not imply endorsement.

You may not copy, scrape, or reuse the content of this website for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Third-party content and links

The portfolio section embeds and links to content hosted on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. No warranties

This website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or up to date.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
