Privacy Policy

XK Social Media Marketing ("XK", "we", "us") is a business based in Brisbane, Australia. This policy explains what happens with your information when you use this website. The short version: this site collects very little, and only when you choose to give it.

1. What we collect

• Booking a call. When you book through the calendar on this site, the booking is handled by Cal.com. You provide your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking notes. That information goes to Cal.com (subject to its own privacy policy) and to us, so we can hold the call with you.
• Emailing us. If you email xander@kelly.org.au, we receive whatever you send. We use it to reply to you.
• The chat widget. The chat assistant on this site runs entirely in your browser. Messages you type into it are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

This website has no contact forms, no account system, and no newsletter. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on it.

2. Embedded content from other platforms

Some parts of the site load content from third parties, which may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when loaded:

• Cal.com — the booking calendar (loads only when you click a booking button).
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — video embeds in the portfolio (load only when you open a video).
• Google Fonts and CDNFonts — the site's typefaces.

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We don't control what they collect.

3. How we use your information

Only to respond to you, hold the call you booked, and — if we end up working together — manage that relationship. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

4. Storage and security

Booking details live in Cal.com and our calendar/email accounts. Email lives in our email account. We keep this information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

5. Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email xander@kelly.org.au and we'll sort it out. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

6. Children

This website is aimed at game studio operators and developers, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

7. Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
